TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION FOR PROBES’ HEAD (Weld examination) 
• The probes' head height is automatically positioned.
• The operator can adjust the angle of the head to accommodate various pipe production angles using a remote screen for ease of settings.
• Each probe's head can be individually adjusted, including angle adjustment and distance from the center.
• The probe support offers multiple degrees of rotation to allow the probe's head to conform to the curvature of different tubes.
• Probe shoes are provided to adapt to a range of pipe diameters, with one set included in the offer. The exact quantity needed will be determined upon receiving the list of exact pipe intermediate diameters.
• All components of the head exposed to water are made of stainless steel or noncorrosive materials.
• The up and down movement of the probes is managed by the actuator, with separate adjustments for air pressures and water flow.
• The weld tracking laser, accurate to ±1.5mm, is positioned at the center of the head for precise weld tracking.
• Pre-wetting systems are integrated into the head.
• A CCD camera is installed at the midpoint of the head.
• A pulse encoder (auto mode) is mounted on an air cylinder.
• The head is mounted on a horizontal axis, capable of adjusting itself to the weld's position.

BODY OSCILLATOR DESCRIPTION
• The body oscillator supplied is designed to accommodate four UT probes. It will oscillate between the two weld seam areas to carry out the inspection process. Cylinders facilitate the up and down movement of the probes. The body oscillator comes with a Coupling Water distribution system and paint marking systems.
